Hey there, girlfriend!
Ever feel like you're constantly putting everyone else's needs before your own? You're definitely not alone! Let's face it, as women, we're natural nurturers, but sometimes we forget to give ourselves the TLC we deserve.
Between juggling work, family, friends, and a million other things, it's easy to end up at the bottom of our own priority list. But guess what? It's time to flip the script!
This workshop on boundaries is all about reclaiming your time, your energy, and your sanity, without feeling guilty about it. Think of it as a fun and empowering girls' night in, coffee break, or even lunch with your besties where you'll learn how to set boundaries with confidence, say "no" without the drama, and finally put yourself first for a change.
Trust me, sis, you deserve it!

Your Host
Sasha Gray is a Master Certified Life and Mindset Coach, Confidence Coach and Happiness Coach. She dances to the music in her head, and any other music she hears. She's addicted to glitter, iced coffee and purple hair but is definitely not interested in an intervention.
Her passion is connection, self confidence, and strength from within.

After losing her son to the depths of the unknown, being the caregiver for her elderly parents for more than 7 years, and raising her 17 year old granddaughter from the age of 6 months, she turned to her own inner strength to guide her through the daily trauma and heartache those life issues brought to the table.

Her ability to offer wise counsel, empathy, understanding and an occasional push in the right direction led her to pursue certifications in multiple coaching categories. She adds laughter, glitter and a lot of sparkle to everything she touches and can't wait to join your Journey in this workshop!
