Wouldn't it be nice if you could order a side of Courage when you ordered your groceries or a diet Dr. Pepper and it just showed up inside your soul ready, willing, and able to pop out whenever needed.

Courage, very broadly, involves making a decision or taking action where a risk is involved—something actual or imagined to fear. Courage is the necessary force ensuring growth rather than retreat.
Courage is like a muscle that needs conditioning, discipline, and plenty of opportunities for practice. It takes time to develop courage!

In this workshop, we'll discover the 6 different kinds of Courage, and work together to find the best way to bring each to the forefront when needed. You'll be ready to tackle the first big step....the one where you don't think you can do it, but then when it's all over, you look back and realize you had much more courage than you ever believed!

Ensuring a sense of belonging and self-worth.
This will be held in a Private Facebook Group, where you can interact with me and anyone else in the group that's attending.
