You are powerful.
You are beautiful.
You are worthy.
These three truths are stuck inside your head, trying to get out and in front of you....
We keep pushing them back, deep down under some other message that's easily heard and seen...less worthy, less beautiful, less powerful.
But when you peel back the layers of your soul, and see the truths that lie there, stuck under a heavy burden, a lost dream, or a river of hope, you will know they are ready to make an appearance.
Say these truths to yourself.
Say these truths out loud.
Say these truths every day.
And then say them again....to anyone else that needs to remember where they are and how to get them in front of you.
